In my psychotherapy practice, I foster a trusting relationship where you will feel listened to and understood. I work with clients to co-create a space where self- exploration, growth and healing are possible. The confidentiality of the therapeutic relationship, unlike any other one, might allow you to engage in a deeper exploration of your thoughts and feelings. Whether it is in the context of group, individual or couples therapy my intention is to nurture an experience that can support you and empower you to take steps towards achieving greater intimacy in your relationships and deeper fulfillment in your life.
You don’t have to be ready for therapy. My focus is on meeting you where you are at and concentrating on the issues that you want to resolve.
